Steph-I can not find a pork sauce recipe of yours that includes tree ears. It was on your site years ago and I have made it many times, but not recently and can’t now find my printed out copy. I believe that your grandmother used to make it for you as an afterschool snack??? what was it called? Thanks

In reply to Jenna. hey jenna, the oyster sauce doesn’t really have much of an oyster flavor but if you want to sub it, you can use hoisin sauce :)

Made this tonight for a quick dinner. So delicious and so easy. I didn’t have coriander on hand so left that off. I’ll definitely be revisiting this recipe!

Just made this and it was super easy and yummy. I might add some chile flakes next time to give it a bit of a kick ?
